what to do in london Archives - Megan Taylor

Lumiere {review}

If you are looking for something to do this weekend then make sure you head into London to see the town lit up as you’ve never seen it before.
For four days (finishing tomorrow) London has been filled with light installations suitable for all ages.

14th-17th January
18:30-22:30
Free

Our route:
Trafalgar Square-Leicester Square-St James’ Square-Picadilly-(Kingly Court for a pizza at Pizza Pilgrims)-Carnaby Street-Oxford Street-Grosvenor Square.

If you only visit one location, make sure you head to either
Leicester Square for the flower garden lights they were absolutely beautiful or
Regent Street for the floating Sea Creatures.

I have never seen London as bustling as it was last night. Even though everywhere was busy you didn’t feel as if you couldn’t get from place to place. There are loads of different installations across London and the event is very well controlled to help filter everyone around.Download a map from here.
