Last week Liam and I went to Venice for a long weekend break to celebrate his birthday.
We stayed in a lovely hotel called Hotel A La Commedia and drank far more Aperol Spritz than I care to remember.
The weather was about 19°c, very different from England right now with our stormy rain.
I took my thermal Uniqlo jumpers that I mentioned in my Autumn Fashion Picks To Keep You Warm blog post and didn’t need a coat.

If you haven’t been to Venice, I highly recommend it and make sure you take a trip to Burano. Burano is like a little fairy toy town, full of gorgeous brightly coloured houses and mini canals.

Primark tights are OK but I do have a slight sizing issue with them. They always seem to come up a bit short in the legs. I have bought large in the past, I’m 5′ 10” and keep having to pull them up. I have found F&F @ Tesco to be good for the longer legs, in fact the extra large size would easily fit someone 6′ tall.

I always go for a Large with Primark tights to make them long enough.
At 5’8″ a bit shorter than you a lot of tights are even too short for me! Very frustrating. Maybe companies need to have their normal different sizes and a lot of options for different heights as well?
