When I was sent a pot of Lean Greens to try I was really excited. I created this yummy juice recipe featuring Lean Greens. I love juicing but I am always aware that I am getting rid of most of the nutritious fibre content. Lean Greens allows me to add loads of fibrous greens to my juice without detrimenting the flavour. Lean Greens as a supplement is full of greens such as spirulina, wheat grass and broccoli among many healthy ingredients. I love adding it to my mornings juice because I know when I am out and about in London I am not necessarily going to be able to eat as nutritiously as I would like.
