I am a huge fan of creamy eye liners and eye shadows. They are the fuss free make up look for the tight for time make up lovers. I have always been a fan of the Eyeko cream eye shadow as you can see here. Well, I have stumbled across another winner but even creamier and more pigmented eyeliner ‘line n definer’ from Laura Geller. Make sure you check out the image at the bottom of the post where you can see that these gorgeous liners are double ended and come with an amazing fine black eyeliner which is nice a solid to help with creating a lovely eye line.
This gold eyeliner is stunning. Although all of these liners are liners as such, I actually love to roughly draw it over my eyelids and then blend it in with my finger. This gold colour reflects the light really well and creates a beautiful shimmer without being glittery. It will be perfect for an evening on holiday when you have a sun tan glow. This colour will just emphasise your glow and not make you look too overdone, just perfectly made up…bring on the summer hols.
I am in love with the colour of this teal eyeliner. It is incredibly rich in colour and super pigmented. Although I adore this colour, I am not quite brave enough to wear a full eye of it. I feel it is the perfect colour to line the lid of the eye with for an accent of colour. With my green/blue eyes I think it is the perfect colour to make my eyes pop…if I don’t say so myself 😉
This platinum coloured eyeliner is the most subtle of the three. As you can see in my sketch in the picture below the colour is very similar to an HB pencil but with an added glitz. I am going to be wearing this under my eyes when wearing a smokey eye look. Wear this close to the inner of your eyes to make that gorgeous Blake Lively statement eye pop.
What are your thoughts on creamy eyeliners and shadows? Do you use them? Which other brands should I try?
